Cancellation and Refund Policy

At AdsXtra and Remote Freelancer, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that cancellations or refunds may sometimes be necessary.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Service Cancellation by Client:
    • Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to freelancer.rajkumar@gmail.com.
    • If the service has not yet been initiated, you may cancel without incurring charges.
  1. Service Cancellation by Us:
    • We reserve the right to cancel services for non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions or payment issues.
    • In such cases, the client will be notified promptly, and any eligible refunds will be processed.

Refund Policy

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
    • Refunds are applicable if:
      • The service is not delivered within the agreed timeline.
      • The service provided significantly differs from the agreed scope.
  1. Non-Refundable Items:
    • Payments made for completed services or services already in progress.
    • Transaction fees, setup fees, or third-party charges incurred during the service process.
  1. Refund Process:
    • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to freelancer.rajkumar@gmail.com within 7 days of service delivery.
    • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
