At AdsXtra and Remote Freelancer, we strive to provide the best possible service. However, we understand that cancellations or refunds may sometimes be necessary.
Cancellation Policy
- Service Cancellation by Client:
- Cancellations must be requested in writing via email to freelancer.rajkumar@gmail.com.
- If the service has not yet been initiated, you may cancel without incurring charges.
- Service Cancellation by Us:
- We reserve the right to cancel services for non-compliance with our Terms and Conditions or payment issues.
- In such cases, the client will be notified promptly, and any eligible refunds will be processed.
Refund Policy
- Eligibility for Refunds:

- The service is not delivered within the agreed timeline.
- The service provided significantly differs from the agreed scope.
- Refunds are applicable if:

- Payments made for completed services or services already in progress.

- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after approval and will be credited to the original payment method.
